The kind of aid that deserves applause - Katrina Revisited
Thank the British for some sensible aid. According to BBC news article, about 1/2 a million army grubs have been flown to Lousiana to provide emergency food to the victims. It is said that each army pack consists of 2000 joules of calories for women and 2500 joules of calories for men.
Such aid is definitely warranted and kudos to the British army for such aid.
It is also mentioned that the standard army pack is even better than some commercially available port-processed foods. Wow, that’s a mighty praise to the army.
Hmm….I wonder how’s our army food? Do we have those cool army packs like the Brits or the Americans ? Any of you in the military ?
